Patient Experience

Improving Patient Experience ‘Seeing the person in the patient

The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is committed to ensure that our services are developed and improved as a direct result of the patients’ experience, involvement and input; and that the patient is always our first priority. We know that involving patients in the decisions about their care and treatment improves the patient experience which is why the Isle of Wight NHS Trust puts the patient  at the heart of everything we do.

Patient / Carer Feedback

We value your feedback, if you have been a patient in St Mary’s Hospital in the last week and have not provided feedback, please help us to improve our services by completing the Friends and Family Test questionnaire.

Patient Experience Reports

Quarterly patient experience reports are produced to capture the work that is being done across the Trust to enhance the patient experience. These reports pull together the information sourced from complaints and concerns and patient experience survey data, and identify the lessons learnt and actions taken in response to this.
