Event will raise funds for Children’s Mental Health Services
20 February 2017

Lower Hyde Holiday Park, Shanklin will be the venue for a fun evening raising funds for the Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CCAMHS). Doors open at 7:00p.m. on Saturday 4th March 2017 and there will be range of entertainment including a Quiz, ‘Race Night’, Children’s Fun Time, Live Vocal Trio, a raffle and a disco to finish off the evening. The venue, which is being kindly provided by Parkdean Resorts, will have a fully licensed bar. It costs £5 for adults and children can attend for FREE!

Event organiser Daniel Nugent, who works as an administrative support officer at the Pyle Street Clinic, said: “This is our second annual fund raising event and we’re grateful to Parkdean Resorts for letting us use the venue at Lower Hyde Holiday Park. All the money made from ticket sales, raffle tickets and horse racing will go into the charitable fund for CCAMHS to help support families and young people and also for equipment and facilities for the Pyle Street Clinic. This could include books, art work for the walls and lights for the sensory room.   It’ll be a great night and everyone is welcome.”

Tickets for the fundraiser can be brought before the event from the CCAMHS Clinic at 7 Pyle Street, Newport, 7 Pyle Street, Newport, PO30 1JW. Telephone Daniel on 01983 523602 or e-mail him at daniel.nugent@iow.nhs.uk for more details. Tickets will also be available on the night.

Daniel is seeking prizes for the event for the raffle and donations would be welcome.
