The Bereavement Service offers helpful advice and support with the practical administrative process following the death of a relative or loved one at St Marys Hospital.
On behalf of the Bereavement Service and the Trust we would like to offer you, your family and friends our sincere condolences.
What you need to do first:
To see the Bereavement Advisor, you will be asked to telephone to arrange an appointment. The necessary paperwork will be processed as quickly as possible.
The Bereavement Advisor is there to offer you guidance on what you need to do following a death. If there is something you wish to ask, please, do so, every endeavour will be made to answer your queries.
