Gender Pay Gap Report
Gender pay gap reporting is a legal requirement for all organisations with more than 250 employees. The gender pay gap is the difference between the average pay of men and women, expressed as a percentage. The gender pay gap is different from equal pay. You can view Isle of Wight NHS Trust's full gender pay gap reports below. For more information on the Trust's commitment to equality, visit the equality and diversity pages.
The Trust's first report - for 2017/18 - will be published here shortly.
