Registered nurses, midwives, medical staff, ODA's/ODP's working in an acute paediatric settings i.e. Childrens Ward, Theatres, A&E.
Requirements:
Pre-course reading material will be provided.
Staff are advised to wear comfortable cloting.

Learning Outcomes:
Following this course, participants will be able to recognise and initially manage the sick and deteriorating child, perform BLS, use basic airway and ventilation adjuncts, establish intraosseous access and work as a useful member of the paediatric emergency team.
