Are you inspired by the idea of returning to nursing?

Are you still committed to care and compassion?

Now is the time to do it!

Watch our video to hear from two members of Isle of Wight NHS Trust staff, Lorraine and Claire, talk about why they returned to nursing.

If you have been a registered nurse previously and wish to return to the profession, then you may need to undertake a return to practice programme.

The Isle of Wight NHS Trust works closely with our University partner, the University of Southampton, to support you through every aspect of the academic and clinical practice requirements to allow you to re-join the nursing register.

About the course

You can find out more about the course by visiting the University of Southampton website.

How is the course funded?

From January 2015, the University fees for the return to practice programme are funded by Health Education Wessex and students will also receive £500 to support access to the placement experience required.
