Improving our safety culture through mandatory training compliance

This Management Essentials session will explore what is needed to create a positive culture around statutory and mandatory training.

During the course we will cover:

the manager's role and responsibilities in creating a positive learning and safety culture
the value and importance in creating a positive, safe and healthy workplace culture that delivers high quality care
identify local challenges and barriers
identify opportunities to improve provision and compliance

These sessions are being delivered via MS Teams on the following dates:

Tuesday 23 November at 1pm to 2pm

Thursday 25 November at 1pm to 2pm

Thursday 2 December at 4pm to 5pm

Thursday 9 December at 9am to 10am

Thursday 27 January 2022 at 1pm to 2pm

Tuesday 26 April 2022 at 1pm to 2pm

Friday 22 July 2022 at 1pm to 2pm
