Mentoring for Leadership This two day workshop is the entry point to the NHS Thames Valley and Wessex Leadership Development Mentoring Scheme and is designed to equip you with the core skills of mentoring and introduce some of the tools that can be used to facilitate the mentoring process. All of our mentors will have access to skills and development workshops (CPD) events and on-line resources via the on-line mentoring register, this means that you can visibly champion your skills as a people developer in your current role and also demonstrate this capability for any future management and leadership role.
