How do Isle of Wight NHS staff use the library?  Some quotations from our users show some of the ways we can help.

Many of our library users comment on our prompt response to enquiries or the convenience of the 1:1 training sessions:

We owe some of this speed to our equally speedy colleagues in other health libraries who supply books, journal articles and good advice from their own stocks.   When our users contact us, they are contacting a network of dozens of healthcare libraries, all co-operating to support each other's library members.

Feedback received from our peer-review assessment visit in April 2015: 

"We saw and heard much that clearly demonstrated the high quality, professionalism and proactivity of the library and knowledge service and staff. The fact that you are so close to achieving 100% LQAF compliance is very well deserved."  (Now we have to work on the really difficult bits!)
