Decembers 2021 Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Natasha Luscombe, Chemotherapy Ward Sister for being awarded December's Employee of the Month.
Natasha was nominated by colleagues for being an absolutely amazing manager and for showing so much compassion for her team during this stressful time.
On receiving her award, Natasha said: "I want to accept this on behalf of the team as they are fantastic and I've never been so supported. They all go above and beyond for our patients, especially during COVID, and we have worked through all the challenges as a team and everyone has shone through."
