February 2022 Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Lorraine Brook, Clinical Lead for the Community Health and Care Day Hub for winning Employee of the Month 🎉
The Community Health and Care Day Hub is a brand new pilot service set up to improve access to care across the Island and to help patients get back home after their stay in hospital.
Lorraine immediately stepped up to the challenge and embraced this new responsibility and service going above and beyond to help make it a success.
Lorraine is an excellent manager to her teams, always fair and her support for the patients and recognition of their needs have contributed to making the service a great addition to the community.
