Patient Feedback - Surveys

The Isle of Wight NHS Trust participates in all relevant surveys as part of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) National Survey Programme. View our latest reports.

Friends and Family Test

During your inpatient care or journey through the Trust services, we would love to hear your feedback on the care and treatment provided, and you may be offered the opportunity to complete the Trusts survey which incorporates the nationally mandated Friends and Family Test. Need urgent medical advice?

Our hospital remains very busy, and we are asking everyone to help us by:

Only using our Emergency Department for life threatening injuries or illnesses
Only calling 999 in the event of a life-threatening illness or injury
Visiting NHS 111 online or calling NHS 111 for health advice, or contact your local pharmacist or GP
Collecting family and friends from hospital as soon as they are ready to leave
Consider supporting your loved one at home, providing it is safe to do so
Being extra vigilant in the cold weather and when surfaces are slippery
Supporting friends, family and neighbours with keeping warm, shopping and collecting prescriptions, when needed.
