People with minor illness should not attend the Urgent Treatment Centre at St. Mary’s Hospital unless asked to attend by an Urgent Treatment Service Clinician.
If you require urgent medical attention for a minor illness, contact your GP in the first instance. If you are unable to access your GP then you will need to contact NHS111 who will direct you to the appropriate service.
During out of hours you can access NHS111 if you feel that your symptoms have worsened.
People attending the Urgent Treatment Centre at St. Mary’s Hospital for minor illnesses without going through NHS111 will be asked to return home and contact NHS111
