Public members of the Trust, patients, carers or anyone that has an interest in health and care services on the island is invited to our next 'Medicine for Members' meeting on Wednesday 10th July 2019, 2-4pm in the Conference Room at St Mary's Hospital. Doors will open at 1.30pm.
The Trust holds regular Medicine for Members’ events every year and they are a great way to hear the latest news from across the breadth of its services. This meeting will focus on the Isle of Wight Health and Care Plan, which describes the single vision shared by public sector organisations, that people on the island will live healthy, independent lives. The Trust’s Chief Executive Officer, Maggie Oldham, will share an outline of the plan to improve health and care services on the island and make them more sustainable.
The Trust’s Medical Director, Alistair Flowerdew will present the latest on developments in acute services. You can also hear the latest on Mental Health services and changes within Community Services. A general Q&A session to the Panel of Executive Directors will conclude the meeting. These events are hugely popular and so to reserve a place, please email email@example.com
