Travel vaccinations are required for a large number of destinations. Most need to be administered at least 14 days (some need 28 days) before departure in order to become active and give protection.
The Occupational Health & Travel Clinic provides a full range of travel vaccines and consumables for the overseas traveller. We are a Registered Yellow Fever Centre conveniently located at St Mary’s Hospital on the Isle of Wight.
We have vast experience in dealing with Business travellers, Aid Volunteers, Gap Year Students and those Visiting Friends and Relatives Overseas.
A Comprehensive Travel Consultation with a specialist health medical professional costs just £20 and is deducted with any travel vaccine administered at that time.
*Prices are per dose, several doses may be required as part of a course
We offer private prescriptions for travel related medications, such as Anti-Malarials for only £15.00 and available either at the time of your appointment or by requesting via email to occupationalhealth@iow.nhs.uk. Our specialist health medical professional will then contact you to arrange suitable means for you to receive the prescription and discuss with you payment methods.
We also stock a range of Travel Kits & Accessories that include First Aid, Mosquito Nets and DEET
