Services Offered

Cervical Screening

All women aged between 25 - 65 years are offered cervical smears. This is an important screening procedure and it is important that these are carried out every 3-5 years. Appointments can be made with the Practice Nurse.

Child Health Surveillance

A special clinic is run each week by appointment to assess the development of a child at 6-8 weeks of age.

Childhood Immunisations

Please check with the Practice Nurse . It is important that children receive all these immunisations.

Diabetes

The majority of diabetic patients are cared for within the community. Please make an appointment with one of the Practice Nurses.

Family Planning

The Practice provides a range of family planning services including the fitting of intra-uterine devices and implants.

 Minor Surgery

We offer a range of minor surgery within the Practice.


Private Medical Examinations

Medical examinations for special purposes, such as fitness to travel, pre-employment, insurance, driving medicals etc, are undertaken outside normal surgery hours.

A fee will be payable. Please contact the surgery to arrange an appointment.

Fees are displayed in the waiting room.
