Treatment room

Assessments are carried out in a relaxed and private clinic room. Available treatments are tailor made to suit a persons' symptoms and lifestyle requirements and include pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual therapy, biofeedback, bladder retraining and lifestyle advice. We have the benefit of 2 physio assistants in the team who have Pilates and Postural Stability Instructor Training, enabling us to offer a functional restoration of pelvic floor abilities. This can be done on a 1:1 or group basis.

Look out for our community events and open days, advertised here and on our facebook page: pelvicfloor.iow
