Q1.      Will there be any phone cover or on call later during the day and at weekend?

A1.       The new service will be extending working hours to cover this.

Q2.      Will there be any info available regarding change in benefits, housing etc?

A2.       Help and support will be available from the staff in the new service.

Q3.      Can volunteers be trained at a certain standard to gain specialist skills to become specialists in particular areas?

A3.       There will be many more options for volunteers to attend NHS training.

Q4.      Will the acupuncture and workshops still be avail-able at the new service?

A4.       Acupuncture will run on a Wednesday afternoon 2-3:30pm at the main hub and workshops will continue as part of the main structure programme.

Q5.      Will there be any outreach in people's homes?

A5.       There will be 7 venues across the Island where people can access treatment. The service will support people in their homes where the need is identified.
