Community Learning Disability

The Isle of Wight NHS Trust Community Learning Disability Team provides health and social care to adults who meet eligibility criteria and who live on the Isle of Wight, or who are under our care and placed in a mainland residential or secure unit.

The team provides health and social care to adults and is made up of both health and social care professionals.

The team also provides an Adult ADHD Diagnostic service. 

The team is multidisciplinary and consists of the following professionals:-

  • Care Co-ordinator
  • Community Learning Disability Nursing
  • Hospital LD Liaison Nurse
  • Support workers
  • Physiotherapy (for people with profound and severe learning disabilities)
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Psychiatry
  • Psychology

The Arthur Webster Clinic as above

Clients’ home address or at another clinic address depending on need and availability

Working days and opening times:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 4.30pm (closed on bank holidays)
