Isle of Wight NHS Trust strategies
Portsmouth Hospitals and Isle of Wight NHS Trust working in partnership to provide services for people living on the Isle of Wight
The Ambulance Strategy sets out our vision, focusing on improving the service we deliver to the whole community. As part of our ongoing strategy we aim to engage with a variety of stakeholders including, but not limited to, our community, our service users, our staff, commissioners of our services, along with colleagues from SCAS and partners of our Trust.
The Community strategy provides an opportunity to outline the focus of the Division over the next three years to take us closer to a future-fit community health service.
Healthcare is evolving to embrace the digital world and take advantage of technologies to look after every citizen with innovative ways that provide safe care. As a result, technology is helping the health economy transform the way we deliver care.
This Estates Strategy sets out how the Trust will ensure it has a fit for purpose estate that enables delivery of our clinical strategy and the organisation’s wider five-year plan.
