Delivering Excellence through our People
This is our first joint People and Organisational Development Strategy as a group, reflecting how we now work together with shared leadership and ambition. It puts our people at the heart of everything we do, and our vision is simple: “Working together to deliver excellence in care for our patients and communities.” The strategy sets out what our challenges are, our key enablers and case for change. Both our organisations are operating within a challenge workforce environment shaped by national shortages and local constraints.
The strategy outlines how we will work to overcome these challenges, by focusing on four key priorities, known as pillars:

- Building an inclusive and connected culture
- Creating a sustainable, future-ready workforce
- Innovating how we work and deliver services
