Our Trust Strategy is designed to ensure we continue to improve services for the benefit of our Island community.

It has been designed by and with Trust staff and builds on widespread staff and public engagement programmes.

It sets out a clear vision for the organisation, shared values and leadership behaviours as well as four new strategic objectives.

The strategy will help our teams to plan and take decisions, ensuring that at all times the focus remains on improving services for our community.

We are excited about the future and about the improvements that closer working with others will bring to services on the Island for the benefit of all of our community. 

The people who use our services are often our colleagues, our neighbours, and our friends. We remain totally committed to making sure our community is at the heart of everything we do and improving the services that we all rely on.
