Please do not contact individual staff members or services directly.If you would like to film or take photos of one of our services or sites, please speak to the team first. This is to protect the privacy of our patients and staff.
You can contact the Communications team between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday by emailing: pho-tr.communications@nhs.net.
If you have an urgent enquiry that is outside these hours, please call the hospital switchboard on 01983 822 099 and ask to speak to the Communications on-call lead.

Isle of Wight Ambulance Services celebrates being first ambulance trust to achieve 100% emergency ready defibrillators
The Isle of Wight Ambulance Service is delighted to share that it is the first ambulance service in the UK to achieve 100% of their registered defibrillators confirmed as ‘emergency ready’, and that the devices have all been checked within the past three months.

Isle of Wight Paramedic who attended 7/7 London bombings, reflects on the 20 year anniversary of the attacks
On 7 July 2005, Phil Nation, now a Paramedic for Isle of Wight Ambulance Service, was a few hours into his shift with the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) unit in London when they received an alert to attend what was reported to be multiple explosions in the city.
